My medical doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure. I was in shock when I found out I had it. It feels like your whole body goes haywire – it affected my work, home and social life. I couldn’t bend down because it affected my breathing, and I got tired easily. The medical doctor gave me drugs and the blood pressure went down but was still on the high side.
On May 26, 2004, I came to the Natural Medicine Center. Originally I came because of my psoriasis but the treatments also helped my blood pressure. I believe in natural medicine because I grew up on herbs. I received acupuncture, herbs, diet & nutrition guidelines, and I came to classes.
The treatments are relaxing and I felt better when I started getting treatments. I had weight loss, increased energy, and I’m not so anxious. My body is stronger than it was and the high blood pressure is gone. I am no longer on drug medication, and I can do normal daily life.
Everybody at the Natural Medicine Center is nice and I love every one of them. The clinic is clean and very well run. They treat you very well. I am happy that my blood pressure is down. I never thought that I would get rid of it. I am glad that I don’t have it anymore! I would refer others and encourage them to try it.
